Flight Dynamics issues...Back to the drawing board.

Postby Unicornman on Wed Aug 12, 2009 2:34 pm

To all.

I have been getting more that a few email messages on several flight dynamics bugs. I have also gotten some people working on ways to fix these bugs. Due to this, I will give an explanation, and a solution.

When I do flight modeling, I generally use Airedit to tune with. On this model, is used a product called Airwrench for the first time. WIth Airedit, I was able to put 90% of the tuning into the .air file. However Airwrench write a bunch of tuning parameters into the .cfg . This has cause some issues when editing .cfg files. It seems the AW product also causes some strange dynamic effect at the edge of the flight envelope. Due to some of these issues, I have decided to start over again from scratch. I will shoot for a goal update release of 8/18/2009.

These issues will be corrected, and will NEVER happen again as long as I am doing flight modeling for Razbam.

Thank you for your consideration, support, and business.
